In the year 2018 we discovered a gateway, enabling us to travel to all kinds of places within the observable universe!
However, we never knew where we would end up traveling to, because it was not possible to set specific destinations … and from all the recorded data being collected on these breathtaking and mysterious locations, it was only possible to successfully keep and bring the audible signals back to earth!
The organization “String THeories” was founded to travel the universe to recover, preserve and distribute this knowledge for future generations!
Well, it is more likely that someone is behind all this, creating these sounds in his studio ... on planet earth!
Alex Pfeffer is an award winning composer and sound designer who wrote music for many games (Crysis 2, Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, Risen 3, Battleforge etc.), wrote lots of movie trailer and production music (Pacific Rim, Harry Potter, Sherlock Holmes etc.) and created audio content and official sound library demos for many world class sample library developers during the last years!
Alex was audio editor on the 60 million EUR show “EQUILA” which is currently being performed in Munich, Germany. He is also arranger to Frank Peterson (Sarah Brightman, Gregorian, Andrea Bocelli etc.)!
10 years of sound design and composing experience, 30+ years of guitar playing, his unstoppable curiosity about recording gear, plugins and hardware … and of course his endless fascination with our beautiful universe are now flowing into his own endeavour: String THeories!
